About The Kelso Housing Authority (KHA)

The Kelso Housing Authority (KHA) owns and operates 100 public housing rental units. These duplexes are located in Kelso, Washington. Rent is approximately 30% of the household's monthly adjusted income. Public housing duplex communities have waiting lists with various waiting times.
